The Terms, Privacy Policy, And Disclaimer For The Kingdom Of Elohim Are All The Same: The Torah, Specifically The Books Of Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy!

Beloved Friend,

Most websites that you'll find online have Terms, a Privacy Policy, and a Disclaimer that uses complicated legal language written up by a lawyer.  Nobody ever reads these terms and conditions, yet they check boxes saying that they have actually read them.  Basically, it is a big show, so that the big corporate conglomerates such as Facebook, Google, Twitter and governments such as the United States of America approve of what they are doing.

The Kingdom of Elohim has no need for such nonsensical practices, because we are a spiritual kingdom and thus fall under the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America, which says:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

Since the practices of the Kingdom of Elohim fall under the category of freedom of speech, the right of the people to peaceably assemble, and the establishment of religion, our organization has nothing to do with government bodies whatsoever and they have no right to govern us our our practices.  Because of this, we manage ourselves with the simple guidelines laid out by the prophet Moses in the written books of Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy.

We resolve all conflicts internally within our community with the standardized processes laid out more than 3,333 years ago at the time of writing this page.  We don't add to these processes, and we don't take away from these processes as Torah forbids this in Deuteronomy 12:32 which says "See that you do all I command you; do not add to it or take away from it."

If a visitor to our website or a citizen of our community as a problem that they would like to address with any of our practices, communication, or teachings, they are welcome to bring it to our groups and we will resolve it based on these books.  What this means is that we will not do anything that is forbidden by Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy.  This also means that a person with a problem should be prepared to address their issue with these books.  If the issue is not able to be covered with the writings of Moses, it is not a problem for us.

This obviously covers normal things, such as it is prohibited for us to do anything dishonest or deceptive (Leviticus 19:11) in any of our group practices.  However, we are also human beings and as such, there is also room for change.  If you notice our community doing anything that is not in alignment with Torah, please contact us and we will be pleased to resolve the issue.

All information we gather is property of the Kingdom of Elohim, a 508 c1a nonprofit religious organization and will not be shared as this would violate many principles contained in the writings of Moses, and will only be utilized for the purpose of helping create transformational change through bringing people back to the eternal law.

A more simple way of saying this is that our privacy policy is the Torah, our terms and conditions is the Torah, and our disclaimer is the Torah.  Contained therein is also a conflict resolution and education process which ensures that as time progresses, we become more in line with the written word revealed by Elohim to build a self-managed and ecologically balanced society.  Please do not bother us with nonsense that is not already covered by the writings of Moses, as I promise you it will not go anywhere.  Thank you.

Sincerely,
David Ben Ephraim
Founder of The Kingdom of Elohim
P.S.  Sometimes various people approach us and they ask "what is your policy about this" or "what is your policy about that."  An example in 2022 is various organizations have policies related to the CoVid-19 pandemic.  At the Kingdom of Elohim, we make no policies, do not change terms, and have no new disclaimers.  We simply open the writings of Moses, and solve the problems from there.  I hope that helps to answer whatever question you have.
